Differently abled people:: 
-They are not given discounts on the fare.
-Differently abled people whose mobility is not impaired will be allowed to fly with no restrictions.
-Those people who, as a consequence of their disability, cannot move by themselves will only be allowed to board in the company of a fully-abled person and the ticket paid.
-Mentally ill people will only be allowed to board with another person (with the ticket paid) and upon presenting the corresponding medical certificate.
Wheelchaired disabled people:
-Will only be allowed to fly with folding wheelchairs.

The following documents shall be presented at LADE’s check-in desk:
Identification. In the case of a foreign passenger, he shall present his passport. The documentation will be used to corroborate that the ticket actually belongs to the person that is going to get on board the aircraft. Passengers are required to be at LADE’s check-in desk one hour and a half before the flight departure time.
Minors:
Two authorizations are required. One describing the flight itinerary to be carried out and the other one indicating the name of the person authorized to pick up the minor at the destination.

-Those women who are in state of pregnancy will be allowed to get on board only by presenting a medical certificate issued within the forty-eight (48) hours previous to the boarding time, besides having previously filling in the corresponding form.

-Those women whose state of pregnancy exceeds thirty two (32) weeks will not be able to fly.

- Those people with chronic disease will need a medical certificate authorizing them to fly. 

Allowed baggage: Up to 15 kg. 

Excess baggage: 1% of the ticket obtained full-fare will be charged by kilogram. 

Carry-on baggage: It shall be up to 40 X 30 cm and not more than 5 kg.
It is recommended that valuable and/or fragile objects be taken in hand baggage (cameras, jewels, film cameras, etc.).
You are not allowed to carry, neither in the hold nor with the carry-on baggage, acids, toxic poisons, flammable or explosive liquids, aerosols, infectious substances, etc.
Likewise, according to safety rules, it is not allowed to take with the carry-on baggage cutting or sharp objects such as: penknives, cutter, knives, scissors, knitting needles, tools, etc.

Children or babies accompanied by adults : Every child or baby shall be accompanied by an adult.

Between 12 and 18 years old : They will be allowed to fly alone in direct flights (with no stopovers) and with two authorizations –one indicating the itinerary to be followed and the other one specifying the name of the person authorized to pick up the minor at destination (who will have to show an identification).

Animals: They will be allowed to fly only in cargo flights and it will be necessary to coordinate them with LADE’s Freight Services Sector.
